The Freeman Company is seeking a Director of Events & Brand Experiences to lead high-level, multi-brand event programs across Sparks, 3D, Freeman, Studio Blue, and other signature experiences in a hybrid North Dallas setting. Expect executive engagement, VIP experiences, and luxury activations with a focus on strategy and flawless execution.

The role requires 12+ years in event management, 3–5 years in director-level leadership, and a strong agency/brand hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in events, hospitality, marketing, or related field.
• Proven leadership in senior event roles.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and ROI experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end event portfolio across multiple brands.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Creative, Sales and Communications teams.
• Develop SOPs and scalable processes for events.
