Job summary

Mediagistic seeks a Director of Channel Partnerships to own relationships with independent HVAC wholesale distributors from corporate and program levels, building programs that increase equipment and parts volume through distributor networks.

You will collaborate with manufacturers to identify MDF opportunities, create campaigns, and convert agreements into active programs, with travel to distributor HQs and industry events from Tampa.

Qualifications

• Must have current, nameable relationships at distributor corporate marketing or vendor program level.
• Proven track record landing a vendor, product, or service onto a distributor's approved, preferred, or program catalog.

Responsibilities

• Own a target account list of independent HVAC wholesale distributors, prioritized by relationships.
• Develop distributor-level marketing campaigns and co-op utilization programs to drive volume.
• Identify unclaimed or underutilized co-op dollars with manufacturer partners and deploy programs.
• Generate qualified plan sales opportunities from within the distributor network for Mediagistic's sales team.
• Convert signed corporate agreements into active adoption through owner meetings, dealer events, and regional rollouts.
