USPack is seeking a strategic HR leader to design and drive enterprise-wide people programs across the organization. This role partners with executive leadership to align talent initiatives with business goals, focusing on leadership development, succession planning, and scalable workforce strategies.

You will lead HR operations and compliance, optimize workforce planning for logistics and warehousing, and steer performance management to foster a high-performance culture.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
• Partner with executive leadership to design long-term human capital strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce scalability to support growth.
• Maintain and update employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Lead HR audits and manage risk mitigation strategies in partnership with legal and compliance teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations.
• Direct end-to-end recruitment efforts, with emphasis on high-volume roles in logistics and warehousing.
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing models to align operational demand with budget and headcount strategy.
• Promote a respectful, performance-driven culture across diverse employee populations.
• Provide leadership on employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management framework to ensure alignment with business goals and accountability.
