Ladders is seeking a Director, HRIS to lead and advance the organization's HR technology strategy in the Healthcare space. This remote, US-based role focuses on optimizing Workday, governing HR systems, and enabling enterprise-wide HR operations with a matrixed workforce.

You will partner with HR, enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure to drive system enhancements, process redesign, and scalable service delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of HRIS/HR tech experience
• Strong Workday optimization and governance expertise
• Experience with UKG or similar workforce management systems
• Proven track record leading large-scale system optimization and transformation initiatives
• Strong project management and process design experience
• Ability to lead through change in complex, matrixed environments

• Define and execute a comprehensive HRIS strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead ongoing optimization and enhancement of Workday

For our client, we are seeking a Director, HRIS to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape and advance the organization's HR technology strategy, with a strong focus on optimizing core systems, improving governance, and enabling efficient enterprise-wide HR operations. You will lead efforts to maximize the value of Workday and oversee workforce management systems in a complex, matrixed environment. This position partners closely with stakeholders across HR, enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure to drive system enhancements, process redesign, and scalable service delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,000 – $177,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive HRIS strategy aligned with organizational and HR priorities
• Lead ongoing optimization and enhancement of Workday, ensuring full utilization of system capabilities
• Oversee UKG workforce management systems, ensuring alignment with operational needs and compliance requirements
• Establish governance models, standards, and best practices for system configuration, security, and releases
• Design and implement standardized HRIS workflows, processes, and service delivery models across the enterprise
• Lead HRIS-related transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and process redesign
• Collaborate closely to align HR technology with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure standards

• Proven ability to lead through change in complex, matrixed environments
