SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Director of HRIS to lead the organization’s HR technology strategy, governance, and data integrity. You will optimize Workday HCM, deliver analytics, and drive digital transformation across HR functions, payroll, benefits, and recruiting.

In this role, you will partner with HR leadership to design scalable processes, manage vendor relationships, ensure security and compliance, and mentor a high-performing HRIS team in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday experience with administration, configuration, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or enterprise HR technology initiatives.

This role provides strategic leadership for the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including Workday HCM. This role is responsible for HRIS governance, workforce analytics, system optimization, data integrity, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.**Key Responsibilities:**Strategic Leadership* Develop and execute the HR technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.* Lead HRIS governance, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.* Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, and Recruiting to optimize processes and data flow.* Support organizational growth, restructuring, acquisitions, and strategic workforce initiatives.* Manage HR technology vendor relationships and service delivery. HRIS & Systems Management* Oversee Workday configuration, security, business processes, integrations, and system performance.* Lead system enhancements, releases, testing, and implementation of new functionality.* Maintain HR data security, access controls, audit readiness, and system governance.* Evaluate and recommend new technologies and process improvements. Analytics & Reporting* Develop and maintain workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.* Provide insights to support workforce planning, turnover analysis, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness.* Establish reporting standards and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
