Britebound is seeking a Director of HRIS & Total Rewards to lead the organization’s HR technology and total rewards operations from its Boston-area headquarters. The role combines hands-on configuration work with strategic planning, governance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and People & Culture.

The ideal candidate has extensive UKG Pro experience, strong benefits and compensation expertise, and a track record of leading HRIS evaluations,

Competenze

• At least 8 years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience; 10 years preferred.
• At least 5 years of benefits administration with renewals, open enrollment, and vendor management.
• At least 3 years of direct staff management experience.
• Experience directing HRIS evaluation, selection, implementation, migration, or major modernization.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market pricing, and internal equity.

Mansioni

• Lead HR technology strategy and own UKG Pro as the HRIS, including configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Own data quality, governance, and analytics across HR systems and vendor coordination.
• Direct benefits administration, enrollment, vendor management, and lifecycle support.
• Lead compensation and total rewards programs, including merit cycles and budgeting support.
• Manage HRIS implementation projects, data conversion, testing, training, and change management.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to align processes.
