Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a strategic leader to head Talent Management Strategy. You will shape enterprise talent strategy, design assessment methodologies, identify critical roles, and influence leadership development across the organization.

The role reports to executive leadership, with collaboration across HR functions, and involves driving skills-based mobility, performance enablement, and talent analytics to enable rapid organizational transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent management experience inclusive of experience as an HR Business Partner
• Demonstrated experience designing and running enterprise succession planning and talent assessment processes
• Experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders on leadership bench strength; life sciences/biotech experience a plus
• Proven experience designing, building, or operationalizing a skills-based talent strategy, including modern skills taxonomies and talent marketplaces
• Hands on experience with modern Talent Tech ecosystems
• Strong command of People Analytics and data-driven decision making
