Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Head of Talent Management Strategy to shape the enterprise talent agenda and collaborate with senior leaders across HR. This strategic COE role drives value-based talent strategy, leadership bench strength, and career mobility initiatives across the business.

The successful candidate will lead succession planning, talent assessment methodology, and performance enablement, partnering with People Analytics, HR Technology, and Learning & Development to deploy

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive talent management including HRBP experience.
• Experience designing and running enterprise succession planning and talent assessment.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on leadership bench strength.
• Experience building a skills-based talent strategy with modern taxonomies and marketplaces.
• Strong People Analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with performance enablement and continuous coaching.
• Strategic Consulting, Systems Thinking, and Organizational Diagnostics.
• Change management and executive influence.

Responsibilities

• Architect a future-focused talent strategy aligned with value-driven approach.
• Operationalize enterprise skills taxonomy and scale internal Talent Marketplace.
• Modernize and scale succession planning for executive and critical roles.
• Own enterprise talent assessment methodology and calibration.
• Evolve performance management into a high-performance enablement model.
• Identify capabilities needed for future business models and develop targeted plans.
• Partner with analytics, HR technology, and Learning & Development to deploy talent systems with AI matching.
