Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Head of Talent Management Strategy to shape the enterprise talent strategy and drive leadership bench strength across the business. You will partner with senior leaders to design and scale a modern, skills-based talent framework and marketplaces that enable mobility and development.

You will lead governance, analytics, and change management to ensure fair, market-competitive talent practices and strong career pathways across functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent management experience inclusive of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience designing and running enterprise succession planning and talent assessment processes.
• Experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders on leadership bench strength; mid-size company or life sciences/biotech experience a plus.
• Hands on experience with modern Talent Tech ecosystems.
• A strong command of People Analytics and data driven decision making; translating metrics into recommendations.
• Experience with progressive performance enablement, continuous coaching and feedback cultures.

Responsibilities

• Architect a future-focused talent strategy, grounded in value-driven talent approach, to fuel transformation.
• Partnership with Strategic Workforce Planning Lead to operationalize skills taxonomy and scale a Talent Marketplace.
• Modernize and scale succession planning for executive and critical roles across the organization.
• Own the enterprise talent assessment methodology and calibration approach for consistent leadership reads.
• Evolve performance management into a high-performance enablement model with coaching frameworks.
• Identify organizational capabilities required by future business models and build targeted development strategies.
• Collaborate with People Analytics, HR Tech, and Learning & Development to deploy modern talent systems.
