Job summary

Komatsu America Corp and Affiliates seeks a Senior Manager to lead the HR transformation portfolio, establishing governance and accelerating executive decisions across cross-functional initiatives.

You will partner with the CHRO and HR leaders to improve execution, assess value realization, and support enterprise-wide transformations while maintaining confidentiality and strong controls. Onsite work in Milwaukee or Chicago is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR transformation, strategy, or portfolio leadership.
• Experience with multiple HR disciplines (talent, learning, total rewards, HR ops).
• Strong executive communication, governance materials, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the HR transformation portfolio operating model.
• Provide executive-ready decision materials and KPI dashboards.
• Lead governance discussions on priorities, dependencies, and risk.
• Drive change management and adoption across initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with sponsors and functional leaders and measure value realization.
• Coach leaders on prioritization, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
