Job summary

ADM in Decatur, IL is seeking an HR Director to serve as the primary HRBP for Global Operations, supporting legacy businesses across North America. The role partners with executives to align people strategies with operational priorities, strengthen capability, and ensure consistent HR practices across a global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Master’s degree or professional certification in HR/Business/Org Psychology desirable.
• Experience with HR centers of excellence and executive partnership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Global Operations people strategy for legacy AS&O, Carbohydrate Solutions, and Milling.
• Act as trusted advisor to Global Operations leaders on organization effectiveness and talent priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop regional HR managers with clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Provide leadership for North American plant HR managers and ensure governance and delivery.
• Translate business strategy into workforce plans including succession and leadership development.
• Partner with Finance, Talent, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Lead organizational design, integration, and change management to improve effectiveness.
• Advance employee engagement, inclusion, and culture across regions and plants.
• Support labor and employee relations strategies with risk management and policy alignment.
• Establish and monitor key people metrics and drive timely execution.
