Job summary

Andersen Corporation seeks a Director of Business Solutions Technology for HR & Employee Services to lead strategy and execution of engagement platforms and solutions. You will guide ServiceNow, Workday, and Five9 initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to align platform investments with business priorities, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality outcomes.

This hybrid role may require up to 50% travel and remote work options for qualified candidates outside the local area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, MIS, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership with employee-facing platforms or enterprise apps (ServiceNow/Workday/Five9).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, governance, and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and governance for HR technology platforms.
• Lead service delivery, operations, and continuous improvement across portfolios.
• Drive adoption, metrics, and value realization through stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee platform modernization, integrations, and vendor relationships.
