Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and lifecycle for a portfolio of HR platforms and enabling technologies.
• Partner with business, technology, and functional leaders to align investments with objectives.
• Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements and improvements across the domain.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement and metrics.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and performance reporting for platform investments.
