You will drive governance, adoption, and measurable business outcomes, while leading a team of HR technology professionals in a fast-growing, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or related field.
• 10+ years in HR technology, employee experience, or service delivery.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Experience implementing and optimizing enterprise HR platforms and workflows.
• Experience delivering self-service, automation, AI, or digital employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and direction for HRSD technologies with AI-native approaches.
• Partner with HR, Enterprise Technology, and stakeholders to innovate and transform services.
• Translate HR needs into scalable tech solutions and drive adoption and governance.
• Lead AI-enabled self-service, knowledge management, and guided experiences.
• Balance self-service, automation, and human support for optimal service delivery.
• Define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and manage testing and release readiness.
• Establish governance for HR tech investments and ensure value realization.
• Monitor KPIs like satisfaction, adoption, and time-to-resolution.
