Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
7+ years HRIS experience with enterprise applications.
Strong experience with Workday and HR technologies (Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
Experience leading HR technology implementations, integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Knowledge of HR processes, solution delivery, and data governance.
Experience with workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
Vendor management experience and ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional leadership for the HR technology portfolio.
Lead delivery, support, and optimization of HR platforms (Workday, UKG, Dayforce).
Guide complex designs with security, scalability, and standards in mind.
Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
Establish governance, adoption strategies, and best practices for HR tech.
Contribute to roadmaps and planning with HR and IT leadership.
Evaluate AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Support budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation.
