Job summary

IJM is seeking a Director, HR Technology & Data to provide strategic leadership and governance for IJM's global HR technology ecosystem, people data strategy, and workforce analytics. They will serve as the key advisor to HR and business leadership on workforce insights, HR systems, data governance, compliance, and technology innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in IT/IS or equivalent.
• Ten years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HR Operations, HRIS, People Analytics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop global HR technology strategy aligned with organizational priorities and own the long-term roadmap for HR systems like Workday.
• Establish governance for system configurations, security, integrations, release cycles, testing, UAT, training, and change management.
• Lead enterprise-wide HR technology transformation projects and ensure adoption, alignment with IT strategy, and compliance.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies (AI-enabled solutions) to improve employee/manager experience and data protection.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Information Systems or related field
