Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks a Director, HR Technology & Data to lead the global HR technology ecosystem, people data strategy, and workforce analytics. The role collaborates with GPS, Global Finance, GTS, and regional teams to enable data-driven decision making and scalable technology solutions.

The position manages a global team of analysts and specialists, driving governance, security, and innovation while ensuring compliance with cross-border data sharing laws.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HR Operations, HRIS, People Analytics, or similar
• Substantive experience supporting a multi-country workforce and data protection laws
• Minimum five years of people leadership experience
• Experience leading enterprise Workday implementations and optimization programs
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes global HR technology strategy including Workday and related tools
• Establishes governance for configurations, security, releases, and change management
• Leads HR technology transformation projects and adoption
• Drives workforce analytics to monitor trends, risks, and opportunities
• Leads a global team in HR systems, reporting, and data governance
• Collaborates with GPS, GTS, GRL and regional leadership to enable data-driven decisions
• Ensures data protection standards and cross-border compliance
