Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience beyond minimum qualifications.
• 3 years of experience in relevant field or equivalent responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development processes for Baylor to expand programs and services.
• Research, assess, and develop business cases and plans for new programs, services, or projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Senior Management, Department Directors, and Physicians.
• Coordinate with Planning, Marketing, and Senior Management on new initiatives and strategic plans.
• Monitor performance, gather benchmarking data, and present findings to leadership.
• Support internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives and program implementation.
