Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Partnership Performance to lead strategic efforts overseeing and optimizing revenue cycle performance for BSWH partnership entities using our centralized infrastructure.

The role partners with Finance, Compliance, IT, Revenue Integrity, Managed Care, and regional leadership to drive transparency, accountability, and sustainable results across a matrixed organization in a health system setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, financial operations, or performance management.
• Experience in a matrixed or integrated healthcare delivery system ideal.
• Excellent executive-level presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary liaison for partnership entities using BSWH revenue cycle services.
• Translate metrics and data into actionable insights for executives and regional stakeholders.
• Lead partnership performance reviews, including KPI presentations and financial impact analyses.
• Identify workflow barriers and system limitations; collaborate to implement fixes.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve issues affecting revenue capture and cash flow.
• Support onboarding and integration for new partnership entities as portfolio expands.
