Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3+ years of operations experience in laboratory, pathology, healthcare, or related area.
• Master's degree preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs laboratory and pathology services of assigned areas of responsibility for BSWH.
• Recommends and implements strategic and operational plans and priorities for laboratory services.
• Manages daily operations of the laboratory and pathology service areas.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Produces laboratory financial and statistical reporting and manages improvement initiatives.
