Job summary

Fusion Recruiters seeks a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to partner with senior leaders and translate business priorities into workforce strategies that drive performance, productivity, and growth. You will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation efforts while leveraging AI and analytics to inform decisions.

The role requires influencing executives, delivering measurable outcomes, and guiding HR initiatives across Technology, Product, and Digital functions

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a strategic HR Business Partner advising senior executives and influencing business and workforce decisions.
• Demonstrated success leading workforce or organizational initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, business transformation, and change leadership.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.
• Experience using workforce data, analytics, AI, or automation to improve decision-making and productivity.
• Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution working with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Experience supporting Technology, Product, Digital, or similarly complex business functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design and workforce planning to strengthen teams and future growth.
• Challenge assumptions and influence executives on structure, investments, resources, and transformation.
• Help leaders understand how AI, automation, and emerging technologies change work and capabilities.
• Use workforce analytics to identify talent gaps, evaluate options, and measure impact of decisions.
• Lead organizational changes from strategy through execution with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Build leadership capability and address performance challenges and succession risks.
