You will design org structure, enhance productivity, and drive engagement and retention across the full associate lifecycle. The role oversees a small HR team, partners with senior leaders, and ensures HR standards, policies, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR Generalist experience required.
• At least 3 years leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required; Master's preferred.
• PHR / SPHR or other HR Certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR initiatives for Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Design and evolve team structures for clarity, scalability, and performance.
• Translate HR strategies into practical solutions for business needs.
• Oversee talent processes across the associate lifecycle including onboarding and performance management.
• Coach leaders on change management, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Direct a small HR team and partner with Legal, Compliance and Labor relations.
