Qualifications

• 10+ years HR Generalist experience required.
• At least 3 years leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or other HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to design and evolve team structures for clarity, scalability, and high performance.
• Translate HR strategies into practical, well-executed solutions meeting functional needs.
• Lead workforce planning, role design, and capability assessments aligned with business strategy.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive improvements in productivity, engagement, and retention.
• Coach leaders on change management, team effectiveness, and leadership impact.
