Job summary

CareMetx, LLC is seeking a Director of Human Resources Operations to provide strategic oversight and hands-on leadership for the HR Service Center. The role focuses on staffing, operational excellence, compliance with employment laws, and partner collaboration to implement department strategy and improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in HR policy, onboarding/offboarding, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in HR.
• SHRM‑SCP or SPHR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Service Center staffing and resource adequacy.
• Mentor and develop HR Service Center staff.
• Track and present HR metrics and trend reporting to management.
• Lead performance management processes and ensure legal compliance.
• Manage RIF coordination with legal and leadership.
• Ensure accurate HRIS data and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Provide guidance on complex HR matters including investigations and terminations.
