Job summary

Net Conversion LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. You will ensure legal compliance and partner with management to align HR with business goals.

The role oversees one direct report and supports a positive, inclusive, productive workplace. Flexible scheduling and marketing/agency experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, USCIS, DOL, FMLA, multi-state).
• Excellent interpersonal, judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Paylocity and Google Suite is a plus.
• Experience working for a marketing organization or agency focused on paid media and analytics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding strategies and processes.
• Oversee hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve grievances and conflicts.
• Foster inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs and wage compliance.
• Conduct compensation surveys to stay market-aware.
• Work with brokers on 401k renewals and open enrollment.
• Facilitate enrollment with 401k provider.
• Implement annual performance reviews.
• Support performance improvement plans as needed.
• Ensure HR policies comply with laws; update handbook.
• Align HR policies with company goals and values.
