Job summary

Ceres Environmental Services is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function across multiple states and international operations from Sarasota, FL. This executive role partners with the CEO to shape people strategy, policies, and total rewards while ensuring compliance with federal contractor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive global HR leadership experience.
• Experience advising senior executives on talent management & total rewards.
• Knowledge of federal contractor requirements and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR leader reporting to the CEO.
• Oversee HR across multiple states and international operations.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and employment agreements.
• Direct compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy.
• Partner with leadership on talent management and organizational development.
