Job summary

Ceres Global is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead our heavy civil and electrical infrastructure initiatives from our Sarasota, FL HQ. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and drive risk, quality, and safety programs across domestic and international projects.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of delivery leadership, mastery of contract strategies, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive project and construction management experience.
• Experience serving as the owner's representative on large projects.
• Expertise in firm-fixed price, design-build, EPC and other contract structures.
• Strong financial and business acumen with portfolio budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Project Management organizational structure.
• Assign Project Managers based on project complexity and geography.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across civil, infrastructure, and energy projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract specs, permits, and safety requirements.
• Provide updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
