Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to lead an HR team and translate business priorities into talent strategies. You will coach HRBPs and HR Generalists, partner with senior leaders, and shape workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.

You will drive inclusion, use people analytics, and monitor outcomes to guide decisions while navigating complex employee matters.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience, with depth in leading through managers and senior leaders.
• Experience in the Group Insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into talent strategies and workforce plans.
• Proven track record in inclusion, DEI, and leadership development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop HRBPs and HR Generalists to provide expert consultation grounded in business insight and HR expertise.
• Translate business priorities into talent strategies including workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
• Guide employee relations, resolve complex matters, and apply policies consistently.
• Advance inclusion and integrate DEI into leadership practices and talent decisions.
• Turn people data and metrics into actionable recommendations and measurable results.
