Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology Inc. seeks a Director of High-Performance Computing Power Modules to lead strategy, development, and execution of next‑gen power module solutions for HPC, AI, data centers, and servers.

You will shape the technology roadmap, drive cross‑functional teams, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to deliver high-current, high-density modules with optimized thermal management and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor/power electronics.
• Experience leading complex product development organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term HPC power module technology and product roadmap.
• Define product requirements and performance targets for high‑power modules.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across design, packaging, thermal, reliability and manufacturing.
• Engage with customers and partners to translate requirements into module specifications.
• Establish and drive technology partnerships and competitive differentiation.
