Job summary

Viridien seeks an experienced HPC Architecture Leader to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery of cutting-edge HPC platforms. You will lead end-to-end architecture, align stakeholders, and drive cost-efficient, secure data processing and simulations at scale.

You will manage an HPC team, collaborate with vendors, and implement performance benchmarks while continuously improving reliability and throughput across worldwide operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and scaling large-scale HPC compute/storage architectures.
• 3+ years managing and leading an HPC technology team.
• Proven expertise in high-density systems with CPU and GPU tech.
• Deep command of Linux-based environments and HPC ecosystem.
• Experience with benchmarking, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Set end-to-end HPC architecture vision and roadmap across engineering, operations, and product teams.
• Drive vendor strategy, co-design solutions, and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Lead performance engineering and validation programs with data-driven decisions.
• Oversee deployment of HPC platforms into production with operational readiness.
• Mentor and develop the HPC architecture team and establish governance cadences.
