Job summary

The role requires deep expertise in power electronics, packaging, thermal management, and multi-disciplinary leadership to deliver high-current, high-density modules. Located near San Jose, CA, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor, power electronics, power modules, and advanced packaging.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong understanding of power semiconductor devices and power module technologies.
• Experience with high-current applications and data-center power delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term HPC power module technology and product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, packaging, reliability, and manufacturing.
• Engage with major customers and partners to translate requirements into product specifications.
• Drive innovation in high-current, high-density power modules and thermal solutions.
• Oversee qualification, production release, and market adoption of new modules.
