Responsibilities

• Develop revenue cycle strategy across the hospital network and monitor KPIs.
• Lead Patient Financial Services to optimize access, billing, collections, and denials management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive process redesign for improved cash flow.
• Coach and develop PFs teams in collaboration with clinical and IT leaders.
