Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading multiple product areas or teams.
- 4+ years of people management experience, including coaching and developing product managers.
- A track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong team of product managers.
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Showroom and Estimate.
- Shape the buyer experience for home selection and configuration.
