Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare seeks a Director Home Care Services and Regulatory Compliance to lead regulatory, quality, and workforce compliance for homecare and PACE services. You will partner with leadership, HR, Compliance, Credentialing, and Onboarding to ensure licensure, credentialing, audits, and ongoing quality improvement across markets.

The role demands RN licensure, 5–7 years in senior nursing roles in homecare or related settings, and strong knowledge of regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the assignment state or eligible for multi-state licensure (NLC).
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local homecare regulations across markets.
Manage day-to-day clinical operations within the PACE program for high-quality care.
Monitor quality and regulatory compliance; address gaps in care or processes.
Interpret changes to homecare regulations and implement compliant workflows.
Support regulatory audits, investigations, corrective actions, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate responses for state and federal audits and accreditation reviews.
Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, clinical practices, and PACE compliance.
