Job summary

Ennoble Care seeks a Director of Compliance to lead hospice regulatory oversight across our operating markets. The role partners with the VP of Compliance and Quality to translate strategy into day-to-day governance.

You will own the corrective action lifecycle, oversee audits, policy governance, investigations, and external audit responses, ensuring CMS CoPs and licensing standards are met. This is a senior, impact-driven role in home-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Clinical hospice/home health background.
• 5+ years in healthcare compliance with 2+ in leadership.
• Knowledge of Medicare CoPs, state licensing, CMS audits.
• Experience creating corrective action plans and policy governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Compliance and Quality to develop and execute hospice compliance strategy.
• Provide direct oversight of the Clinical Compliance and Audit sub-team.
• Design and maintain internal audit plans and corrective action programs.
• Own policy governance and regulatory alignment across markets.
• Lead internal investigations and coordinate external audit responses.
