Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Director Home Care Services and Regulatory Compliance to lead clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality across homecare and PACE programs.

You will partner with HR, Compliance, Credentialing, and Onboarding to support licensure, audits, and performance improvement while guiding staff and ensuring patient safety. Requires BSN; Master's preferred; travel to patient homes and clinical locations as needed; extensive experience in

Competenze

• Active RN license in state of assignment or eligibility for multi-state licensure (NLC).
• 5–7 years of progressive nursing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3 years public health agency experience where applicable.
• Experience overseeing clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing compliance programs, audits, onboarding, credentialing, licensure and corrective action initiatives.
• Ability to travel to patient homes and clinical locations as needed.

Mansioni

• Oversee compliance with homecare regulations across assigned markets, including licensing, credentialing, staffing, documentation, and PACE requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of homecare services within the PACE program, ensuring high-quality care.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of clinical services, addressing gaps in care and compliance.
• Interpret changes to state and federal homecare regulations and implement compliant processes.
• Partner with Compliance to support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and risk mitigation.
• Support state and federal audits and readiness through timely responses and corrective actions.
• Serve as primary clinical compliance resource to leadership and staff on regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency via data-driven decisions.
• Conduct in-home visits and clinical oversight activities to assess care quality and adherence to plans.
• Analyze data and audits to identify trends and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation for PACE and payer standards.
