Job summary

Concordia University Texas in Austin, TX seeks a Director of College of Health Science Operations to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the College of Health Sciences. You will manage nursing student records, clinical site attestations, and accreditation documentation while coordinating communications for students, faculty, and staff.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in diverse situations.

• Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress and track results.
• Strong computer skills in Teams, Excel, and MS products.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the College of Health Sciences in large projects such as building the course schedules, budgeting, and other program management tasks; manage and maintain nursing student records in coordination with academic operations teams; work with CoHS administrative team to maintain clinical site attestations forms and rosters.
• Assist the Senior Director of CoHS with mass communication plan execution to students, faculty, and staff.
• Provide reporting support to the College of Health Science faculty and staff; deliver reports in various systems; track NCLEX pass rates for graduates; assist faculty onboarding including clinical compliance tracking and EHRs.
• Manages and coordinates the student compliance system including data input and reporting; track, file, and manage Board of Nursing blue cards and other correspondence.
• Serves as project manager for various short and long term projects of the College of Health Science.
• Other duties and functions as needed.
