Duke Energy is seeking a Director to lead health and safety, CAP and human performance programs across multiple regions. You will supervise senior roles, coordinate with business units, and drive improvements in event-free operations while aligning with corporate governance.

You will influence internal stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Hybrid work and travel to various regional facilities are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years related experience, or 15+ years with HS/GED in lieu of degree.
• Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of EHS programs and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic responses.
• Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies (OSHA) and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Direct identification and analysis of health and safety, HP and CAP issues; develop and execute action plans with business units.
• Lead and manage EHS, CAP and HP programs; mentor managers and staff for succession planning.
• Collaborate with regulatory and corporate teams to ensure compliant delivery of EHS/HP support.
• Support senior management in planning, decision-making and communication about operational issues.
