Duke Energy is seeking an Senior EHS Leader to direct identification and management of health and safety, HP and CAP issues across the organization. You will lead and mentor teams, develop action plans, and ensure compliant, data-driven performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regulatory bodies, business units and senior management, delivering improvements, budgeting, and KPI reporting while advancing EHS strategies. This position offers hybrid work and requires travel across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, Business with 5+ years related experience.
• In lieu of degree, 15+ years of related experience.
• 10+ years in utilities industry.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyze health and safety, HP and CAP issues and risks.
• Develop and execute action plans with business units to manage challenges.
• Lead EHS/CAP/HP programs and mentor staff for succession.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and legal to ensure compliance.
• Support senior management with planning, decisions, and budgeting.
