Duke Energy is seeking a Senior EHS Director to lead health and safety, CAP, and human performance programs across the PGO organization. This role requires strategic thinking, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence regulators and industry groups.

The position reports to PGO leadership and collaborates with business units to drive risk reduction and event-free operations while developing bench strength across the EHS/CAP/HP job family.

• Bachelor's degree or 15+ years' related experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
