Johns Hopkins Health System is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Advanced Analytics to lead enterprise analytics for a health plan. We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Advanced Analytics to lead our internal analytics capabilities and drive our health plan's enterprise analytics strategy. In this leadership role, you will develop and manage a high-performing team responsible for a broad array of core health plan analytics functions such as: trend analysis, provider network evaluation, cost-of-care modeling, clinical program evaluations, and population health analytics. This role will also be responsible for developing messaging of organizational performance at the executive and board level. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of managed care operations and health plan financials, as well as being well-versed in advanced statistical modeling and machine learning capabilities and technology.
Salary Range: $176,000 - $225,000 per year. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
