Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing analytics team across core health plan analytics functions.
• Develop and manage the analytics strategy and prepare executive/board messaging.
• Oversee trend analysis, provider network evaluation, cost-of-care modeling, and population health analytics.
• Partner with P/L owners and operational leaders to align analytics with budgets and goals.
