Job summary

The position requires building and maintaining databases, developing reimbursement forecasts, and providing strategic input on payer proposals in collaboration with leadership. Strong data skills and healthcare knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree MBA, MHS or other graduate degree with a health care or information systems concentration preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery settings, clinical data management, and health care insurance required

Responsibilities

• Develops reimbursement models and reports to support managed care contracting activities.
• Monitors payer performance and analyzes profitability and trends.
• Performs ad hoc financial reporting and validates data extracts.
• Provides contract support and coordinates financial information for management.
