Job summary

GE HealthCare in Wisconsin seeks a Director of Hardware Program Integration for MR Engineering to lead end-to-end hardware integration across MR platforms, delivering NPI and Installed Base programs.

You will build and mentor global engineering teams, implement standard work, apply AI to boost efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related STEM field.
• At least 10 years hardware product design and development experience.
• 3+ years in program management or functional leadership.
• Experience leading global teams in matrixed organizations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resources, timelines, and quality.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and develop technical staff.
• Oversee resource allocation, headcount, and budget planning.
• Advance program integration and standard work.
• Drive innovative hardware integration strategies for MR systems.
• Lead NPI execution and IB integration across product lines.
