Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Eng or STEM field required.
• 8+ years designing and supporting production software.
• Experience on Unix/Linux platforms and with distributed systems.
• Experience interfacing software with hardware and devices.
• Experience with Git, Perforce, Maven or Gradle, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Understanding of SDLC and strong debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software for GE HealthCare MR scanners.
• Collaborate with users, feature leads, systems engineers, and domain experts.
• Develop software in Agile and CI environments.
• Apply software architecture, design, testing, security, and scalability principles.
• Support distributed and microservices-based applications and resolve issues.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
