Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Director of GTM Strategy to act as the operational co-pilot to the SVP of GTM, shaping a scalable revenue engine for hyperscale AI infrastructure. You will craft capacity monetization models, optimize territories, and drive CRM/data system evolution with global stretch.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy at director levels.
• Experience with capital-intensive, capacity-constrained infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve the GTM operating rhythm with forecasting and QBRs.
• Model capacity, revenue, and pricing aligned to supply chain.
• Select and implement core GTM tech stack (CRM, CPQ, forecasting).
• Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Prepare board presentations and strategic investment requests.
