Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, GTM Planning & Compensation to own the strategic planning and governance that support global go-to-market capacity, quota setting, and compensation design. The role partners with Finance and GTM leadership to align headcount planning, productivity assumptions, territory design, and rewards strategy with revenue goals.

Qualifications

8+ years in SaaS or technology with ownership of capacity planning and compensation design.
Strategic advisor to senior leadership.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership experience with coaching and accountability.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization.
Familiarity with Salesforce data and at least one planning/ICM platform.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Lead global GTM capacity planning and quota-setting initiatives.
Develop and refine quota-setting methodologies based on market analysis.
Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership to model capacity needs and productivity.
Establish frameworks to monitor capacity and inform adjustments as needed.
Oversee territory design aligned with company strategy and revenue targets.
Own and improve the GTM compensation and rewards strategy.
Lead accurate compensation processing and governance.
