Momentive Software seeks a Director of FP&A GTM to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for the go-to-market organization. You will translate business activity into actionable insights and influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.

The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to optimize revenue growth, headcount planning, and investments.

Competenze

• Progressive finance experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles.
• Experience partnering with senior GTM leaders (Sales/Marketing/Revenue Ops).
• Strong SaaS and recurring revenue finance background.

Mansioni

• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for GTM.
• Develop and maintain models for revenue growth, headcount, and investments.
• Provide executive-level financial insights to CFO, CRO, and COO.
• Evaluate GTM investments, ROI, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on KPIs.
