Job summary

Stord is hiring a Director of GTM Enablement to design and run a comprehensive bootcamp and ongoing training for a fast‑growing, verticalized GTM team. You will own certification programs, playbooks, and a content library that enable sellers and partners to win across primary product suites.

You will collaborate with Sales leadership, AM, Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and GTM Strategy & Operations, reporting to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, with direct experience in building or scaling a program at a B2B company.
• Hands-on fluency with enablement platforms (Highspot, Seismic, Gong) for content management, coaching, and readiness tracking.
• AI-native: comfortable using AI tools to build training content, personalize onboarding paths, and automate certification tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a GTM new-hire bootcamp — onboarding AMs and SEs as the org verticalizes.
• Design and administer a certification program and build/maintain playbooks, battlecards, content library.
