Job summary

Q2, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Director, GTM Technology & Operations to build and run the operational engine powering our go-to-market teams. You will define the operating model, hire and develop the team, and lead technology, process, and AI transformation initiatives that enable GTM teams to work faster, smarter, and with greater accountability.

This role oversees Technology & Tech Enablement, Project Management, AI & Automation Transformation, and Data & Analytics, partnering with

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GTM operations, marketing or revenue ops.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams, incl. managers.
• Experience building or significantly redesigning ops functions.
• Strong GTM/MarTech ecosystem knowledge and AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the GTM Ops operating model across the team.
• Establish intake, capacity, and delivery governance that scales.
• Build clear charters and role clarity for four functions.
• Oversee GTM technology platforms and roadmap.
• Partner with IT for architecture, security, and integration.
• Lead AI/automation portfolio and change management.
• Drive planning discipline, tracking, and scalability inWrike.
• Lead data & analytics for marketing intelligence and activation.
